Employee Product Sample and Trial Policy

The Employee Product Sample Trial Policy is designed to allow employees to evaluate and provide feedback on our products by using them in real-world conditions. This initiative aims to enhance product development and ensure the highest quality for our customers.

1.1 Eligibility for the Product Trials

Each and every employee working at Concept Kart is authorized to test any of the product(s) our company has. Product sample trials are voluntary and open for all the employees who are interested in taking part. However, the company encourages all of its employees to participate in the product trial program.

1.2 Product Trial Period

Employees can take sample products home for 7 regular days. This 7-day trial period will begin on the date when the product is issued to the employee for the trial.

1.3 Usage Guidelines

The products should be used as intended, following the manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines. Employees also need to ensure that the product is used in a manner consistent with its purpose and in accordance with any safety or usage instructions provided.

1.4 Condition of Products

Employees are required to return the product in the same condition as it was received. Any damage, loss, or excessive wear of the product during the trial period must be reported to Mr. Vishnu Rajput from Operations immediately.

1.5 Feedback Submission

Upon completion of the 7-day trial period, employees must share detailed feedback on the product’s performance, usability, and any issues encountered.

1.7 Return of Products

Employees must return the product to Mr. Vishnu Rajput by the end of the 7-day trial period.

1.8 Confidentiality

All information regarding the product and feedback provided must be treated as confidential and should not be shared outside the company without prior authorization. Employees are also prohibited from discussing the product trial with external parties or on social media.
